What will you do in this position?

As Head of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of our brand's growth, leading strategic marketing initiatives across both online and offline channels in the Health & Beauty space. Youll take ownership of product portfolios spanning mayonnaises, bakery goods, cosmetics, ingredients, aromas, and innovative product solutions.

You will:

Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Drive data-informed decision-making, using analytics and customer insights to optimize campaign performance and boost revenue.

Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and markets, leveraging your deep knowledge of the industry.

Lead marketing campaigns that elevate product visibility, enhance brand recognition, and grow market share.

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, ensuring our offerings stay innovative and relevant.

Collaborate with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to support business development and strategic partnerships.

What should you bring?

8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development, ideally in Health & Beauty, Ingredients, or Cosmetics.

A proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies in fast-paced industries.

Deep understanding of product development, ingredients, aromas, and cosmetic applications (including food-related lines like mayonnaises and bakery).

Fluency in English is a must. Spanish is a strong plus.

A well-established network in the UK market and knowledge of local consumer behaviors.

Skills

Strong grasp of both digital and traditional marketing techniques.
