A global technology company is seeking a Director, HR Global Operations to lead and scale HR programs across the full employee lifecycle, emphasizing compliance, growth, and employee experience. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years in People Operations and experience in building global HR systems, making impactful data-driven decisions. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for mentoring the team and driving strategic initiatives.

We are seeking a Director, HR Global Operations to design and scale programs, processes, systems, and policies across the full employee lifecycle—anchored in our mission, values, and culture, and with a strong emphasis on the employee experience.
This role will drive key talent priorities, including onboarding and offboarding, total rewards, HR systems and analytics, risk management and compliance, and supporting growth through international expansion and M&A activity.
As a senior leader within People Operations, you will shape the team’s culture and capabilities during this exciting phase of growth. You’ll mentor, coach, and empower your team—as well as leaders across the organization—to reach their highest potential. This role reports directly to our VP, People Foundation.
