A leading AI platform provider is seeking a Director of HR Global Operations to enhance employee lifecycle programs and drive operational efficiency. This senior role requires over 15 years of experience in People Operations and expertise in global HR best practices. Candidates should have a collaborative leadership style and exceptional data analysis skills, along with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.

We are seeking a Director, HR Global Operations to design and scale programs, processes, systems, and policies across the full employee lifecycle—anchored in our mission, values, and culture, with a strong emphasis on the employee experience.
This role will drive key talent priorities, including onboarding and offboarding, total rewards, HR systems and analytics, risk management and compliance, and supporting growth through international expansion and M&A activity.
As a senior leader within People Operations, you will shape the team’s culture and capabilities during this exciting phase of growth. You’ll mentor, coach, and empower your team, as well as leaders across the organization, to reach their highest potential. This role reports directly to our VP, People Foundation.
