As the Head of Ground Engineering, you will play a pivotal leadership role, steering the strategic direction and operational excellence of our ground engineering initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Rail, Structures, Ground Engineering (RSGE), you will be responsible for aligning technical expertise with innovative project solutions and fostering a collaborative culture that drives business growth and quality delivery.
Your role will involve high-level decision-making and proactive engagement with internal teams, clients, and industry partners. By championing best practices and embracing emerging technologies, you will play a crucial part in positioning our organization as a leader in ground engineering solutions while upholding our commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
