As Head of Growth & Marketing, your role is pivotal: you’ll lead strategy and execution across the full marketing funnel from acquisition to retention while scaling the brand’s presence internationally.
Your ultimate goal? Fuel sales with high-quality, high-intent leads, thanks to scalable, data-driven campaigns and a brand people remember (and trust).
You’ll be responsible for:
You’ll join at a pivotal stage: Rise Up is scaling fast, and this role gives you end-to-end ownership of global marketing. Expect to grow with the business, take on strategic challenges, and evolve into a key member of the leadership team.
You’ll work closely with the executive team (including the Country Manager UK, CEO and Chief Revenue Officer), manage a talented international marketing team, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
