About the role

Lead the Future of Careers & Enrichment at EFI Group!

Join EFI Group as a key leader in driving the success of the Futures and Careers team. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the development and management of our Careers and Enrichment service, enhancing graduate outcomes and industry engagement for both Further Education and Higher Education students.

You’ll strategically shape employability agendas, ensuring alignment with EFI Group’s goals, while driving impactful careers education initiatives and industry placements. Collaborating with senior leadership, you’ll influence policy and contribute to the progression of our students and institutional growth.

About you
  • Qualifications: Specialist qualification in related subject area or equivalent experience and commitment to CPD.
  • Experience: Experience in enrichment, careers, employability, recruitment or HR within the Fashion Retail, Design or Beauty Management industries, or another comparable sector.
  • Expertise: Proven team management and strategic leadership experience with expertise in strategic planning and operational management.
  • Skills: Ability to build trust quickly and establish effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
