CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a client based in Basingstoke, Hampshire who are seeking an Interim Head of Finance to start with immediate effect. Ideally you will have experience working for a SaaS or high-growth tech company. If you can step in and provide a steady hand in a high-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What the Head of Finance role involves

• Lead and support a small finance team.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, forecasting, and business planning.
• Manage short-term cash flow reporting and cash management.
• Maintain visibility over recurring revenue reporting (ARR/snowball model).
• Use MS Dynamics, BI systems, and Excel in a SaaS environment.

Suitable Candidate

• Previous experience working in a SaaS high-growth tech company.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Familiar with VC-backed environments and reporting expectations.
• Be able to be calm and work well under pressure.
