You can translate complex financial data into clear insights that drive decisions, whilst building strong relationships across the business. Organised yet adaptable, you prioritise ruthlessly and deliver under pressure. You'll challenge assumptions, support your team to excel, and inject the energy and momentum needed to keep things moving. Above all, you're someone who calls it, backs it, and owns it—bringing both accountability and empathy to everything you do.
