About the Role

Drive the rapid growth of Bel's e-commerce business across the UK & IE by leading the strategy of the channel and forging strong cross‑functional collaboration and knowledge across sales and marketing. Shape and execute transformative digital strategies that position Bel as a market leader in the evolving omnichannel retail landscape. Full P&L ownership of UK Pure player account management (negotiation/sales strategy). The Head of Ecommerce will report into the Sales Director - UK & Ireland and will manage the Ecommerce Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive significant growth and optimise Bel's online presence across the UK & Ireland
  • Lead, coordinate and educate cross-functional teams, fostering strong collaboration between sales, marketing, and supply chain to maximise e-commerce capabilities
  • Set and monitor clear KPIs and action plans, tracking e-commerce performance and adjusting tactics to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Champion the adoption and effective use of digital tools and platforms (such as Brandbank, Internal PIM, and Data Impact) to enhance content, data, and sales performance
  • Identify, test, and scale new opportunities, leveraging insights and best practices to strengthen Bel's market leadership in digital and e‑retail channels
  • Ownership on UK pure player P&L account management (negotiation/sales strategy) with one direct report
  • Support sales team with customer meetings
  • Unlock new platform (Quick commerce/Joy buy/TikTok)
  • Manage SEO: full control of PPC campaigns and reporting (managing agencies)
  • Represent Bel in external event with Ecom community

  • Champion the adoption of effective tools (AI), 8‑10 years of professional commercial experience, including a successful track record in negotiation and management of .com major mults and Ocado
  • Proven ability to drive transformation through influential leadership
  • Ability to work in a team and facilitate a network in a multicultural environment with the UK and overseas team
  • Strong commercial skills: hands‑on knowledge of retail distribution channels, category management, and trade marketing
  • Ability to functionally manage and align various stakeholders
  • Excellent cooperation and coordination skills
  • Possess a strong financial approach
  • Proven experience in managing agencies
