A global food powerhouse based in the UK is seeking a Head of Ecommerce to drive the growth of its digital business. The role requires leading e-commerce strategy, managing P&L for the UK market, and fostering collaboration across sales and marketing teams. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years in relevant commercial roles and a strong track record in e-commerce management. Drive the rapid growth of Bel's e-commerce business across the UK & IE by leading the strategy of the channel and forging strong cross‑functional collaboration and knowledge across sales and marketing. Shape and execute transformative digital strategies that position Bel as a market leader in the evolving omnichannel retail landscape. Full P&L ownership of UK Pure player account management (negotiation/sales strategy). The Head of Ecommerce will report into the Sales Director - UK & Ireland and will manage the Ecommerce Manager.
