About the Role

We’re looking for a growth marketing leader with strong commercial and paid experience to drive their customer acquisition strategy. In this role you will own profitable customer growth by combining performance marketing, channel strategy, and high-velocity creative execution. This role sits at the intersection of data, storytelling, and scaling systems. You will be accountable for who they acquire, how they acquire them, and what creative converts them.

Core responsibilities
  • Acquisition strategy & growth planning
    • Define and execute Myomaster's customer acquisition roadmap across paid, organic, partnerships, and emerging channels.
    • Own acquisition forecasting, scaling plans, and growth targets aligned with revenue goals.
    • Decide where to play and how fast to scale based on CAC, LTV, and operational capacity.
  • Paid media & channel ownership
    • Full ownership of paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliates, influencers).
    • Lead testing and scaling of new channels relevant to wellness tech audiences.
    • Ensure strong attribution, measurement, and learning loops.
  • Creative strategy & oversight (key differentiator)
    • Own end-to-end acquisition creative, from insight → concept → testing → scaling.
    • Set the creative strategy across: UGC, Founder-led content, Education-based wellness content, Problem/solution and transformation narratives.
    • Lead or manage creative strategists, in-house creators.
    • Build a creative testing engine with rapid iteration and clear learning agendas.
    • Ensure creativity reflects Myomaster's credibility, trust, and scientific positioning.
  • Funnel & conversion optimisation
    • Partner with product, CRO, and lifecycle to improve ad → landing page conversion.
    • First-purchase experience.
    • Repeat purchase and subscription conversion.
    • Use customer insights and data to refine messaging and offers.
  • Unit economics & performance accountability
    • Own CAC, LTV:CAC ratio, payback period, and contribution margin.
    • Balance growth with sustainability - not growth at any cost.
    • Make data-driven decisions on scaling vs pulling back.
  • Leadership & cross-functional influence
    • Build and lead a high-performance acquisition + creative team.
    • Act as a strategic partner to the founder, product, and operations.
    • Translate performance data into clear decisions and priorities.
About You
  • 5+ years performance marketing experience in £10m+ ARR hyper-growth businesses.
  • You have a growth mindset: our client is working in a very fast paced start-up environment, and are looking for someone who is always learning and has the tenacity to overcome challenges, the passion to keep on top of new trends.
  • You are extremely analytical: Obsessed with using data to improve outcomes.
  • You are e-commerce obsessed: You love the game of building D2C, it's your passion, learning about how to get better at it is not a chore.
  • You are a leader: You have held a leadership role and are keen to continue to progress your skills in leadership and are passionate about helping others be at their best.
  • You aren't interested in average: We are trying to build a big business with a small and extremely focused team.
