Job summary

A fast-growing FinTech SaaS provider is seeking a Head of DevSecOps to lead a small team while remaining hands-on. In this role, you'll shape and deliver the organization’s security strategy and champion security practices across the development and operations. Ideal candidates should have proven leadership experience in SaaS environments, strong DevOps knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication skills. Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams in SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud (AWS).
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and governance.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and regulated clients.
• Experience with regulated industries (Tier1 banks desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the DevSecOps function, embedding security into development and operations.
• Champion security strategy, policies, and controls across the organisation.
• Mentor and grow a team of DevSecOps engineers.
• Oversee infrastructure automation, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud security.
• Engage with regulated financial institutions on cybersecurity and data management.
• Drive incident response readiness and continuous improvement of security controls.
