Head of Design and Technology

Start Date: January 2026

Permanent

Salary: MPS/UPS (32,916 - 51,048) + TLR2c (£8,611)

We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivational Head of Design & Technology with the ability to teach to a professional standard who understands effective student learning through challenging, high quality and exciting teaching methods.

The successful candidate will possess the expertise to inspire and engage students, and will be determined to get the best from our diverse cohort of students, ensuring they make their very best progress. This will be achieved through planning and delivering engaging lessons, which will inspire our learners to succeed.
