A leading British food manufacturer in Highbridge is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Leader to drive technology change across the organization. You will manage the delivery of high-quality digital projects and work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams in technology transformations, strong stakeholder management skills, and a background in manufacturing or FMCG. To lead the successful delivery of digital and technology change across Yeo Valley — ensuring every project and programme delivers high-quality, value-driven outcomes that align with our business strategy and ways of working.
You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of new technology solutions, advance the sequencing and prioritization of the delivery portfolio, and ensure that all solutions meet business, architectural, and quality standards. As a senior leader in the IT function, you’ll provide direction, structure, and confidence to our digital transformation journey — enabling Yeo Valley to grow, simplify, and innovate through technology.
We will need you to work closely with IT Business Partners and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between business priorities and the delivery pipeline as well Lead supplier and partner relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery and ongoing performance management.
