RegionalDataStrategy&Ownership

• DefineandowntheregionaldatastrategyalignedtoYum’sglobalstandards,withflexibilityformarket-specificneeds.
• Championtheuseofcentralizeddataassets,includingdataplatform,BIandAI,acrossfranchiseandequitymarkets.
• BuildandmaintainacleardataroadmapforUKI&Europe,includingprioritizationofhigh-impactdataproductsandcapabilities.

DataGovernance&Quality

• Leadeffortstoimprovestore,franchisee,andtransactiondataaccuracyandtimeliness.
• PartnerwithTechnology,Ops,andLegaltoimplementstandardsforvendorcompliance(e.g.,POSVendorStandards).
• Driveadherencetodatagovernanceframeworks,includingmetadatamanagement,lineage,andSLAexpectations.

BusinessPartnership&Enablement

• ActastheprimarydatapartnertoregionalCFOs,CMOs,COOs,andDigitalOfficers.
