Role overview

As Head of Creative, you will lead the development and execution of Benifex’s creative strategy, overseeing a global team of six creatives (Content Manager, three Designers, Content Writer, and Motion Designer). You will be responsible for our brand identity, ensuring consistency and relevance across all channels. This role is central to shaping our new brand identity and driving creative excellence across digital, socialpär and event platforms. You’ll manage both in-house creatives and external agencies, fostering innovation and elevating our creative output to meet ambitious business goals.

  • Location: Hybrid - Stockholm, Sweden (minimum 50% on-site at the Stockholm office) or fully remote in the UK.
  • Salary (for UK-based employees): £70,000–£85,000 per year.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee production of visual, written, and video content for digital, social, event, and go-to‑market initiatives.
  • Own and evolve Benifex’s brand guidelines, ensuring relevance, differentiation, and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Act as the brand steward, monitoring market perception and making strategic decisions to strengthen our brand identity.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers, ensuring quality and budget compliance.
  • Identify and develop customer success stories for industry recognition and awards.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of creatives across the UK and Sweden, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and champion innovation, including AI adoption in creative processes.
What we are looking for sweetness
  • Proven experience leading diverse creative teams (design, motion design, and copy).
  • Hands‑on expertise in design, concept development, and brand strategy.
  • Strong portfolio, demonstrating creative leadership, campaign work, and concept development.
  • Deep understanding of branding impact – able to protect and evolve a brand’s identity, ensure consistency across all touchpoints, and make strategic brand decisions based on market insights.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive brand consistency across global markets.
  • Collaborative, structured, and confident in driving change and creative processes.
  • Experience from B2B and tech/SaaS.
Bonus points for
  • Experience in brand transformation or rebranding projects.
