A leading health insurer is seeking a Head of Compliance Advisory to lead the Compliance Business Partner team and ensure regulatory responsibilities are met. This role requires significant experience in compliance advisory within financial services and proven leadership skills. The successful candidate will work hybrid in Greater London, engaging with senior leaders to embed compliance across the organization while fostering a culture of integrity.

As Head of Compliance Advisory for our UK Insurance business, you’ll play a vital role in helping us meet our regulatory responsibilities while keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do. You’ll lead a team of Compliance Business Partners, offering expert advice and challenge to ensure our insurance operations are safe, fair and customer-focused.
