Award winning coaching/training firm based in the heart of central London are currently recruiting a confident, dynamic Head of Client Operations to lead and motivate a team of 12 within their Client Services function. A critical role within the business focussing on people management, developing the team by enhancing their strengths, encourage collaboration with the business development, operations and marketing teams and providing project management support within operations to deliver a truly exemplary level of service to all corporate clients.
You will join a highly reputable, established organisation with a a diverse client base, working within an energetic, motivated, proactive team. The role is hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 from home), the culture is friendly and sociable with an emphasis on staff well being, inclusion career development.
