An opportunity has arisen for the post of Head of Boarding to take overall responsibility for all aspects of boarding life across the school. The post holder will report to the Deputy Head Pastoral and Wellbeing.
The role of Head of Boarding at BCS is an important one placing the successful candidate at the strategic and emotional core of the school community. This is a hugely important role that demands visionary leadership combined with meticulous operational oversight, ensuring the complete development and well-being of every boarder in a structured, supportive, and enriching environment.
BCS has a boarding community of 90 pupils, majority are international from ages 11- 18
