Our team is seeking Group Head of Aftersales Operations, focused on supporting and elevating global teams across passenger and commercial vehicle segments. This position champions collaboration, enabling markets to share knowledge and pursue excellence together. You’ll help define global standards, develop playbooks, and drive process improvements that unlock commercial growth. By fostering best practices and continuous learning, you’ll ensure every market can maximize performance and profitability. What you’ll do
  • Lead the creation of core aftersales KPIs and reporting to track global performance and profitability.
  • Monitor market performance, focusing on driving parts, accessories, and LCV / Fleet revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain Aftersales Playbooks, processes, and toolkits to build capability across all markets.
  • Establish and lead global communities of practice, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance to markets on diverse aftersales models, brand integration, and new OEM launches.
  • Support system upgrades, training, and process improvements that align with commercial goals and enhance customer experience.
  • Identify and enable new revenue opportunities across parts, services, and digital platforms while improving operational efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of technological and commercial trends—such as EVs, remote diagnostics, and AI—to shape future-ready aftersales strategies.
About you

To be successful in this role you’ll be

  • Experienced within a senior aftersales role, including leading LCV operations at a regional or global level.
  • Commercially and operationally savvy, with deep expertise in parts, service, and workshop management.
  • Be skilled at influencing performance without direct line authority, thriving in complex, matrixed, and multinational environments.
  • Experienced in shaping aftersales strategy across both mature and developing markets, working with a variety of OEMs—including Chinese and EV-only brands.
  • Adept at creating and scaling toolkits, playbooks, and performance improvement programs that deliver measurable results.
  • Highly knowledgeable in aftersales systems and tools, including DMS, service planning platforms, and data analytics.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and data-driven, with a talent for engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages seen as an advantage.
