Supporting players and coaches on court requires hard work and attention to detail. Good communication skills and understanding of international coaching styles will be essential.

Fostering team spirit and utilizing your team's diverse skills will ensure a smooth and successful summer. While your focus is on-court coaching, you must also oversee the camp's off-court operations, including evening duties, night supervision, player transfers, and student welfare, ensuring the camp runs efficiently overall.
