Head Chef – Production Kitchen

Head chef required for a production kitchen in North London. The role is mainly Monday to Friday daytime hours (7am to 5:30pm). Accessible via Piccadilly and Central lines.

This is a production kitchen for meal‑prep meals ordered online and sent to customers' homes. Meals are cooked in small batches to lock in freshness and avoid mass production.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the production side runs smoothly and the team of four chefs operates efficiently.
• Cook meals to the required standard and ready for dispatch.
• Maintain quality, enforce quality control, and ensure compliance with food hygiene laws.
• Perform all standard head chef duties.
