Start 2026 with a new exciting chapter... One of the UK's leading food‑led contract catering companies is looking for a Head Chef for a stunning college near Abingdon. You and the team will be creating modern, exciting and creative food for pupils and staff, from street food to fine dining.

You will be working under an Exec Head Chef and other team members. This is the ideal role for a strong Sous Chef stepping into their first Head Chef position, with full support to carry out all tasks.

Head Chef Snapshot

• Salary £45k
• Full brigade including a Head Chef
• 40 hours (dependent on business)
• Start time around 7am with a mixture of different shifts
• Monday–Friday* – 5 out of 7 days are main business days
• Numbers up to 150 for breakfast, lunch and some formal evenings in the week
• Ideal Head Chef will have a strong Sous Chef background from a hotel or high‑end B&I site
• Stunning property near Abingdon
• Huge progression opportunities: Area Manager, Development, Operations Director
• Weekend work from time to time, dependent on business
