A growing casual dining restaurant group in Padstow seeks a Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations at their new venue. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fresh food, have experience managing a large kitchen team, and excel in training and team development. Responsibilities include stock control, recruitment, and ensuring health and safety compliance. We have an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to join the team at our new venue on the North Cornish coast. We're doing things a little different at this venue so while we're still slinging amazing thin and crispy pizzas we are also serving breakfast and brunch dishes alongside our classic menu.
Located on the iconic quayside in the centre of Padstow, our beautiful new restaurant is ready to serve guests all day. We have taken our famous love of cider and pizza and added a few dishes to the menu so that we can open our doors all day. Great breckie, banging pizza and a drinks line up for the ages..
We make dough fresh each day, top it with the best local ingredients and serve it alongside an incredible range of craft beer and cider. We are obsessed about doing everything properly and don’t believe in cutting corners, although there aren’t any corners on a pizza.
As head chef you will be responsible for running the back of house operations including stock control, recruitment, training and all aspects of Health and safety.
