They are now looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation and deliver consistently high‑quality food in a fresh, produce‑driven environment.

This is a full‑time, permanent position with sociable daytime hours, making it a great opportunity for a Head Chef seeking improved work‑life balance without compromising on quality.

40,000 to £42,000 per annum (DOE)

Working daytime hours only, 5 out of 7 days, 7am to 4pm

Working with fresh, seasonal produce, including ingredients grown on site

Responsibilities as the Head Chef

Leading and motivating the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high‑quality food

Creating and developing menus that showcase seasonal and home‑grown produce

Ensuring excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance

Managing rotas, stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation

Supporting food delivery for events and busy service periods

You’ll be a great fit if you :

Have proven experience as a Head Chef

Are passionate about fresh, seasonal and produce‑led cooking

Lead from the front and enjoy developing your team

Are confident managing kitchen operations, stock and compliance

Thrive in a hands‑on, fast‑paced kitchen environment
