Overlooking one of the finest beaches on the North Kent Coast, the Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Birchington is a relaxed, stylish location with outstanding views, great food, an extensive drinks list and friendly service. The pub sits close to both Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum, and the history-rich area can be explored with Shepherd Neame\'s Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie Pub Walk, which starts and ends at the pub.
We know that an excellent Head Chef is one of the key ingredients to a successful kitchen, so this role will see you working alongside the General Manager to deliver key objectives, customer satisfaction and growth at your site. You will support the creation of an inclusive culture within the business and lead and develop your team to deliver an efficient, high-quality kitchen service to our customers.
