Job description
About the role

As a GTM Performance & Innovation Manager, you will strengthen the effectiveness of Go-to-Market execution by combining analytics discipline with an innovation mindset. You will create end-to-end visibility on the performance of launches, programs, campaigns, and enablement activities, helping leaders understand what works, what doesn’t, and why. At the same time, you will act as a catalyst for experimentation, piloting new tools and AI-enabled approaches that help sales and marketing teams learn faster and scale what works.

What success looks like
  • Reliable visibility into GTM performance metrics (activities, adoption, pipeline, revenue, engagement, NPS) across channels, regions, and segments.
  • Actionable insights delivered consistently to GTM leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Experiments with new tools and AI solutions that lead to measurable improvements in efficiency and adoption.
  • Regular incorporation of learnings into Quarterly Business Reviews, retrospectives, and planning cycles.
Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for GTM initiatives, ensuring both activity (input) and outcome (output) metrics are tracked consistently.
  • Partner with Program Office, Portfolio Marketing, Acquisition & Engagement, Sales Enablement, and regional execution teams to align measurement approaches.
  • Deliver clear, actionable performance updates and recommendations to GTM leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Support business planning by providing evidence‑based insights and contributing to target setting for global programs and regions.
  • Pilot emerging tools and AI solutions (e.g., sales enablement platforms, content optimization, customer insights) in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Collaborate with central and regional execution teams to design and run controlled experiments of AI solutions, capture learnings, and promote successful practices for wider adoption.
Experience & skills
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or a related role in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience using data and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and adaptability with new technologies; exposure to AI‑enabled tools in marketing or sales contexts is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross‑functionally, influencing stakeholders, and driving adoption of new practices.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, outcome‑oriented mindset.
