Overview

We’re looking for a senior strategic leader to join a disruptive, award-winning agency that works with sustainable, high-growth brands. This is a pivotal hire: you’ll own the growth and performance strategy across a portfolio of ambitious DTC, subscription, and ecommerce clients, shaping acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing at every level. Our ideal candidate is a commercial and data-savvy growth expert, with deep experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, acquisition and conversion strategies, ideally in fashion, beauty, or FMCG. You’ll thrive in a collaborative agency that values creativity, flexibility, and doing right by its clients, its people, and the planet.

Our client is a digital performance marketing agency who work with a host of Ecommerce brands across the fashion, beauty, wellness, and FMCG sectors. They have a fantastic culture, support charitable alignments, and have volunteer days and sustainability training.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead multi-channel growth strategies across paid media, performance creative, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Drive acquisition, retention, LTV growth, churn reduction, and subscription growth.
  • Partner with Founders, CMOs, and Growth Directors to deliver strategic plans, QBRs, and business-impacting initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of service leads across Paid Media, CRM, Social, Content, and Strategy.
  • Oversee reporting, attribution, and strategic processes to deliver clarity and commercial impact.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success growing DTC, subscription, or ecommerce brands, preferably in FMCG, fashion, or beauty.
  • Deep expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, combined with acquisition and conversion optimisation.
  • Commercially minded: able to translate marketing strategy into measurable business outcomes (CAC, LTV, revenue growth).
  • Experienced in mentoring senior team members and leading client relationships at a leadership level.
