A major media organization is seeking a Growth Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative data-driven marketing strategies. PROPOSED SALARY RANGE : 31800 - 37700 depending on relevant skills knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

The Growth Marketing Executive will drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies customer lifecycle campaigns and innovative growth tactics. You will specialise in a stage in the customer lifecycle (e.g. Onboarding Retention or Win-back) using paid social & CRM channels that segment and target audiences through first party data. By analysing data refining strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams you will maximise product consumption in areas including BBC iPlayer BBC News. Your creativity analytical mindset and willingness to test new approaches will be instrumental in achieving business objectives.
