• 8+ years' post-qualification experience in finance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of financial systems, migrating from Sage to Xero.
• Build forecasting and cash control frameworks for growth.
• Model pricing and investment scenarios for smart decisions.
• Partner with the leadership team to enhance commercial discipline.
• Develop and lead a finance team, shaping operations.
