Groups and Events Sales Manager, Sales

39 hours, 5 days per week

We’re looking for a Groups and Events Sales Manager to join our Sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for Groups and Events
  • Manage and grow key accounts while building strong client relationships.
  • Drive Group and vent sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with operations and revenue teams to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings as required

As a Groups and Events Sales Manageryou will be in an office-based role, working predominantly from Monday to Friday, with some travel required.

Qualifications

To be a successful Groups and Events Sales Manager candidate, you will have previous experience within a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment, you will be target-driven with a proven track record in sales, ideally within luxury hospitality. You will be a strong negotiator and confident communicator at all levels. We are looking for self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented individuals that are passionate about delivering five-star service and exceeding client expectations.
