Group Customer Onboarding Manager - Fintech

Our client, a market-leading UK fintech, is seeking a robust, enthusiastic, and charismatic Group Customer Onboarding Manager to join their expanding team.

The company provides specialist invoice finance facilities to businesses operating in the contract recruitment sector, allowing them access to working capital tied up in outstanding invoices of their contract staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and direct the onboarding team to proactively guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the cycle.
  2. Provide subject matter expertise and administer the UK Finance transfer process, working closely with multiple functions within the business.
  3. Demonstrate all products and platforms to prospective and existing customers with expert-level understanding.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems creatively, mitigate risks, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  5. Train, lead, and develop team members to enable them to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an onboarding or onboarding management role, with knowledge of the end-to-end customer onboarding process within an invoice finance, financial services, or related fintech environment.

You should excel in taking ownership and possess outstanding customer service skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and develop relationships.
