As a Group Administrator at Activate Learning, you'll provide essential administrative support to internal teams and help deliver excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to internal clients within the Activate Learning Group and contributing towards an excellent customer service. This will include general administrative tasks, data input into systems, sending communications and liaising with internal and external customers.
We currently have two permanent, part-time positions based at Reading College:
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and a highly organised approach. You should be confident using IT tools such as especially Word, Google docs and MS 365.
