We are recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Operative to work across sites in and around Crawley. This is a hands‑on outdoor role suited to someone practical, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

Key Duties

• Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general landscaping
• Leaf clearance and seasonal grounds maintenance
• Weed control and basic planting
• Keeping sites clean, safe, and well‑presented
• Use and basic maintenance of grounds maintenance equipment

Requirements

• Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence – essential
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
