Overview

The Deluxe Group is a dynamic design, manufacturing and fit-out company known for creativity, innovation and bold ideas. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer / Content Creator to join our marketing team. This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career designer to gain valuable experience across a wide range of creative projects.

What You’ll Do

• Design eye-catching digital and print material such as social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures and company presentations
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns to support marketing initiatives and client projects within marine, themed attractions and fit-out
• Create compelling content that aligns with the company brand identity
• Support the management of visual content across our website, email and social media platforms
• Keep up to date with design trends and digital marketing best practices
• Help the business development team when required with event organisation and design.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field
• Some experience in graphic design and content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of brand consistency, layout and typography
• Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience in video editing or motion graphics
