Leeds - hybrid working

I'm working in partnership with a well-established and fast-growing retail brand based in Leeds, who are looking to hire a Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with strong brand presence and big ambitions, offering plenty of autonomy, ownership, and the chance to have a real impact on creative direction.

As Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the internal design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality creative work across a wide range of brand touchpoints. From initial concepts through to final execution, your role will be key in evolving and elevating the brand's visual identity as the company continues to grow.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the design team to build and evolve the brand identity
  • Develop and deliver new campaign concepts
  • Produce assets for digital and print channels: social media, email, website, affiliates, display, press, and ATL campaigns
  • Respond to briefs from marketing and wider teams with creative, on-brand solutions
  • Maintain design quality and consistency while working at pace
Essential skills & experience
  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in a professional design environment
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • CRM/email design and build experience
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand-aligned creative work
  • Excellent creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Able to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Desirable
  • Experience with Figma or similar digital design tools
  • Web/eCommerce knowledge
