Overview

Looking to build a career where you can make a real difference? Join this charity as a Health and Employment Coach and support people with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions to get back into work, stay in work, or find new opportunities.

This role combines health coaching (full NHS-accredited training provided) with employment support. You’ll work with participants one-to-one, helping them improve their wellbeing, build confidence, develop CVs, prepare for interviews, and explore job opportunities. You’ll also work alongside healthcare professionals and employers to remove barriers and promote inclusive workplaces.

About You

This is a great role for graduates who want to start a career in health, wellbeing, psychology, social sciences, sports science, or employability services. We’re looking for people who are:

  • Empathetic, supportive, and motivated to help others succeed.
  • Confident communicators who can build relationships quickly.
