Key responsibilities of the Graduate Trainee - Business Analyst / Developer

As a Graduate Trainee Business Analyst / Developer, you’ll embark on a structured development journey, working closely with one of our company Directors and an existing experienced Analyst / Developer to gain hands‑on experience and personalised mentorship.

• Conducting sales, purchasing, and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Developing and maintaining databases, reporting tools, and analysis dashboards
• Collaborating with teams across the business to improve processes and efficiency
• Designing data‑driven insights to support strategic business decisions

What we are looking for in our Graduate Trainee
