JOB – Graduate Technical Support Engineer

LOCATION – Brightlingsea

TERM – Permanent

SALARY – £25,000 to £32,000 per annum (plus benefits)

My client is a leading engineering and technology company supplying products into a range of industries. They are looking to take on a Graduate Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Brightlingsea.

The Graduate Technical Support Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for dealing with customers and internal teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally some experience with CAD or ERP systems
  • A willingness to learn and develop within a technical support environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused attitude with good organisational skills
Responsibilities
  • Providing technical support to customers on the company’s products and systems
  • Assisting with fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and technical queries
