What We\'re Looking For


  • Recent UK graduates with a Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology or another subject linked to the UK curriculum

  • Resilient, adaptable, and eager to support students in their learning journey

  • Willingness to work with children with SEN in mainstream secondary settings

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow and implement school behaviour policies

  • DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

  • References covering the last 2 years
