The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work directly with students who require additional support to access learning. You will assist with emotional regulation, communication development, personalised tasks, and general classroom engagement. You may also help deliver interventions designed to support cognitive, social, or behavioural progress.

This role is perfectly suited to Psychology, Education, or Health graduates wanting practical experience in SEN before progressing to postgraduate training or a long‑term career within the field.
