As a specialist and science graduate joining GROW you will specialise from day one in your chosen discipline. Working in teams of consultants you’ll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients, and given every opportunity to build your skillsets and technical expertise. You’ll work on a range of environmental and planning projects which may include major infrastructure, urban regeneration and community focussed projects that will expose you to a variety of challenges and technical specialists.

Safety Risk Management (SRM) – The SRM team has significant knowledge and experience in the identification and the management of hazards and safety risks that are associated with railways, industrial processes and other similar safety-critical industries and activities. You will assist in tasks such as hazard identification, the determination of safety measures and safety requirements, obtaining evidence of compliance with safety requirements, and preparing safety justification reports, safety plans and system definitions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• You will be graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from homewhen required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
