Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and optimization of production processes and systems.
• Collect and analyse process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production or process issues.
• Support continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Assist in creating and updating process documentation such as process flow diagrams and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Pertemps are recruiting on their behalf for a Graduate Process Engineer for their operations in Redditch.

Salary - 28,000 to 32,000 per annum.

The role is a Day shift from Monday to Friday.

Job Summary
The client are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Process Engineer to join their engineering team. In this role, you will support process design, optimisation, and troubleshooting efforts within our production environment. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and assist in implementing improvements to enhance productivity, safety, and product quality.

Responsibilities and duties

• Assist in the design, development, and optimization of production processes and systems.
