Job Description
As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will:
  • Play a key role in supporting production and project teams across the plant.
  • You’ll gain hands‑on experience in process optimisation, continuous improvement, and technical problem‑solving.
  • Responsibilities will include monitoring processes, analysing performance data, supporting improvement projects, and creating Standard Operating Procedures.
  • The Graduate Process Engineer will also have exposure to lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodology, working alongside senior engineers and managers to deliver real impact.

Skills & Experience
  • Degree (BEng, MEng, or MSc) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline

  • Interest in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma (desirable but not essential)
  • Enthusiasm to learn and take ownership of tasks
