Our plant in Glenrothes, Scotland, designs, develops, and produces radial piston motors, working with renowned international OEMs in industries such as material handling, construction, and forestry machinery.

  • Gain in-depth understanding of Hydraulic Motors and Mobile Hydraulics engineering.
  • Communicate with Sales/Customers to gather relevant data.
  • Make recommendations for improvements.
  • Coordinate with Design for new motor variants.
  • Participate in quality methods to identify failure root causes.
  • Prepare technical reference documents (e.g., datasheets).
  • Support project managers and teams in new development projects.
  • Assist in planning the innovation pipeline.
  • Define requirements based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure the "voice of the customer" is integrated throughout product development.
  • Conduct market research and analysis.
  • Prepare strategy documents.
  • Assist with maintaining and planning the product configurator and benchmarking.
  • Support product lifecycle planning and technical inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
  • Experience in a multifunctional engineering environment.
  • Strong initiative and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
