Graduate Mentor - Shape Futures in a Life-Changing SEMH School

Salary: £100-£110 per day (term-time only, full-time)

Location: Bexley, South East London - DA6

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
  • Building daily structure and routine with high-need pupils
  • Supporting engagement in lessons and developing life skills
  • Running interventions around self-esteem, social thinking, and behaviour
  • Being a trusted adult for pupils navigating trauma and exclusion
  • Collaborating with in-house clinical team and external agencies
Qualifications
  • Graduate in Psychology, Criminology, Education, Social Sciences or similar
  • Passionate about mental health, social equity, and youth inclusion
  • Confident, calm, and ready to commit to the long-term development of pupils
  • Prior youth work, tutoring, or safeguarding experience is ideal
  • Available full-time and keen to gain specialist SEMH experience
