Job description
Overview

The Lead Enforcement Authority for estate agency work in the UK is looking to employ a graduate who wants to undertake a Trading Standards qualification and gain experience in a national team. Our enforcement functions and investigations are only part of this role, and you will be working on national projects which help inform local and regional enforcement, promoting intelligence sharing and collaborative working by leading from the front.

  • Assist with civil and criminal investigations across the UK including issuing monetary penalties and formal orders
  • Help deliver training, webinars, podcasts and presentations to industry and enforcement agencies
  • Work on projects to improve intelligence and support collaboration.
  • Help to develop policy and national priorities as part of the team\'s remit
  • Assist in representing the team at meetings with numerous stakeholders including government departments and agencies.
