What you will be doing

1. Ensuring client files are up to date and in order
2. Updating back office systems (Adviser Office)
3. Gathering data to assist with the production of comprehensive net worth statements and investment recommendations
4. Assisting with the drafting of reports to ensure they are produced to a high quality and in a timely manner
5. Preparing for and minute taking for client and prospect meetings
6. Acquiring knowledge of company procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance

You will also complete ongoing training following a structured learning and exam programme, with the aim of achieving a Diploma in Financial Planning with the Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII).

The ideal candidate will:

• Have an academic background in Economics, Finance, or Accounting with a 1st from a top university.
• Have strong business and commercial awareness
• Be proactive and eager to learn
