Overview

Electrical Design Engineer - Stafford - Permanent - AutoCAD - £35-45k plus hybrid, 30 days holiday, bonus scheme & private healthcare cover

Samuel Frank is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a specialist Stafford based engineering company. The Electrical Design Engineer role will suit an Engineer with a Degree and around 1-3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Experience with AutoCAD software for 2D electrical modelling and control panel design
• Produce detailed schematics and accurate technical drawings
• Analyze and solve design-related issues effectively
• Develop wiring diagrams, ensuring proper connections and adherence to safety standards
• Knowledge of different types of electrical components and selecting appropriate components for specific applications

Qualifications

• Degree level (essential)
• Typically around 1-3 years of relevant experience
• British passport holder and have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years (basic level security clearance)
• Willingness to pursue Chartered status / MSc qualifications
