Overview

In a graduate role you will work on exciting, ground-breaking projects from day one, with support to grow in your chosen discipline as well as training to develop the core skills needed to succeed in a professional organisation. Responsibilities
  • A variety of duties involving surveying and project work
  • Assisting senior team members with designs and surveys
  • Building pathology assessments
  • Producing reports and drawings
  • Scheduling maintenance work and supporting contract procurement and project management
  • Working with colleagues who are experts in their field to develop cutting edge solutions, maximise technical quality and efficiency, achieve project revenue targets and use specialist software
  • Client and stakeholder liaison, with a focus on delivering projects effectively for clients
  • Flexibility around how, when, and where you work to support collaboration, whether in offices or on site
  • Meetings with colleagues and clients face to face in office environments or on site to support collaboration, appraisals and development
Qualifications
  • A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree in a relevant technical discipline
  • Working knowledge of REVIT or AutoCAD
  • MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Full, clean UK driving license and ideally access to a vehicle
