Graduate Biotechnology Sales — Location: Cambridge, UK — Start Date: Immediate.

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving? We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Graduate Biotechnology Sales professional to join our growing Sales team and support business growth in the life sciences sector.

This role is an excellent opportunity to develop commercial skills, gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, and build a long-term career in sales. You will support the Sales team in driving customer acquisition for innovative scientific instrumentation, helping to nurture leads through the sales cycle, and collaborating across the organization to facilitate growth in the global bioprocessing market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct lead research, identification, and outreach to prospective customers.
  • Qualify leads and assist in scheduling calls and meetings.
  • Support event and conference preparation, including setting up 1:1 meetings.
  • Assist in creating sales communications, proposals, and presentations.
  • Report on the progress and outcomes of prospecting campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the product offering and strengthen outreach messaging.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in biology, biochemistry, or another life sciences-related field.
  • Some post-graduate experience, such as an internship in sales, consulting, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of HubSpot CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
